Our monitoring currently reports some messages are failing to deliver, We have escalated this issue to our provider and they are working on the issue to resolve it as soon as possible
The issue was fixed by our provider, and our monitoring alerts are back to normal.

Etisalat is performing an upgrade of PRI equipment in the data center on 14th April 2021 between 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM GST. Etisalat services will be impacted during this period.
For your convenience, You will be notified by the failover route by email for outbound calls. Only Incoming calls will have some intermittent connectivity problems during this period.
